The background check includes a past criminal history check, as well as a thorough review of three previous work references.Once hired by Hill Country Care Providers, our caregivers participate in a thorough, mandatory orientation. They are well-trained in correct and incorrect procedures. All caregivers must adhere to all company and state regulations during their time working for Hill Country Care Providers.
